Permitting and Installation
Deck permitting can be particularly involved in the Charleston area. We manage the required submissions, follow-ups, and inspections as part of the project. Once approved, the deck is built according to the agreed-upon design and the manufacturer's installation requirements.
Final Inspection and Walkthrough
After construction, we inspect the deck, review the finished work with you, and answer questions about care and maintenance. Your installation is covered by our seven-year workmanship warranty along with the applicable TimberTech manufacturer warranties.
New Deck Construction and Full Deck Replacement
We install TimberTech decking for new additions and complete deck replacements. We do not offer small repairs or isolated board replacement.
For an aging deck, a full replacement gives us the opportunity to inspect the structure, correct layout or drainage problems, and build a system that properly supports the new decking. It also allows you to rethink the size, stairs, traffic flow, and railing rather than recreating a layout that no longer works for your home.
